Just look at the page: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Namenskonventionen/Englisch. It has been deleted / emptied. I am german and I can read the page. It doesn't make sense to link to this page. It's very annoying to discuss such a stupid topic. Why do you want to keep a link to an "empty" page. You cannot even read the page but you think you have the authority to revert a change. Please find a third person to support your action and I will immediately spend my time with more satisfying stuff. Then you have won and will delete myself. Great success on your side! Congrats!
