From our informative tour leader to the FC Tour itself, we strive to create a fun experience, and we think you just might learn something in the process. So, if you’ve ever wondered how that product in your online shopping cart gets from Amazon to you, now you can see for yourself.
An Australian FC
Our robotics fulfilment centre in Kemps Creek, Western Sydney, is the biggest warehouse in Australia, spread across 200,000 square metres—which is around the land size of Taronga Zoo or 24 rugby league fields. This robotics site is the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and is home to 1,500 local jobs. It has the capacity to house up to 20 million items, and it uses the most innovative technology to enable fast, efficient delivery for our customers.

Our employees pick, pack, and ship Amazon customer orders at more than 175 such facilities worldwide.

The scale of Amazon fulfilment centres can be difficult to grasp, but tours can help visitors get a sense of how it all works. We are proud to bring you our FC Tour program, and we look forward to your visit.
