This pack of Amazon Basics Retractable Gel Pens, Fine Point (0.7mm), (Blue) contains 12 retractable pens. The build quality of the pen is good and the retraction mechanism works well plus the pocket clip holds it firmly. The pen is very comfortable to hold thanks to its generous diameter (but it isn't too thick) and a nice, rubberised grip. The pens do not appear to be refillable but past experience suggests they are likely to be long lasting.The writing quality of these pens is good but you need to get them started. Out of the box the fibre tip of the pen is red, but if you work the tip on a spare piece of paper (without pressing too hard) the pen is activated. The ink flow is good and writing with these pens is very smooth plus the ink is delivered consistently leaving clear blue writing. In summary, these are well made pens which write smoothly but sadly, are not refillable which dents their green credentials.

These gel pens are very, very similar to a branded gel pen that I've used at work for a good number of years. You get a dozen pens here, all with back ink, with a pocket clip and a clicky retractable thingamabob at the end. Is there a technical word for that!? An actuator? A clicker? A nib dispenser? A spring-loaded thumb-driven activating mechanism? Anyway, whatever it is, it works well on each pen. Particularly, if like me, you like to sit and ponder the universe whilst clicking your pen.
The Gel ink flow works well and I haven't had any issues with dried up nibs so far. They're comfortable to use and the price is right. Great.

Good everyday pens, but be sure to cut off with some sharp knife the red coating before use. Each and every single one has this red thing at the tip which will spoil a card you’re trying to fill out if you don’t notice it like I didn’t on the first use!
Took forever trying to just doodle it off the pen, using something sharp to get it off is much quicker.
Otherwise, ok value for money, currently on sale working out at 52p per pen!

This pack of 12 pens is excellent value for pens that write nicely and feel good to hold. They have a really good grip made from a type of rubber/silicone sleeve and feels good however you hold it. The clip is made of metal so give it a little extra strength and won't snap like plastic clips can. The retractable motion is strong with a good click and works well. They write really well and don't scratch at all leaving a thin line of ink that doesn't smudge or bleed through the paper. One last feature which I haven't seen on other pens is each one comes with a little blob of red on the tip to protect it until you use it, this stops the ink drying out and comes off the first time you write with the pen. Overall I really rate these pens and highly recommend them.

These are decent medium pens, personally I tend to use a fine point.
This medium is a little thick for me, this is probably the gel.

The pen is comfortable to use, and it clicks fine.
The flow is decent with solid lines and easy motion.

Overall an OK pen if you like a solid and slightly thick medium line.

Aber diese Gelschreiber sind definitiv meine neuen Lieblinge. Sie sind formschön, liegen auch dank des gummierten Griffstückes gut in der Hand. Der Druckpunkt ist angenehm fest und die Mechanik arbeitet präzise. Der Clip ist stabil.

Mir gefällt besonders die ganz leicht und ruhig gleitende Mine. Es ist kein Druck nötig, die Kugel ist nicht zu Spitz und es kratzt nichts. Durch das aufschraubbare, graue Gehäuse kann der Füllstand angesehen werden. Das Schriftbild ist klar und sauber. Kein Tag im Büro ohne diesen Stift.

La mine du stylo est protégé par un bouchon de cire, le ressort dans le stylo est naturellement bloqué pour ne pas sortir si on ouvre le stylo.
