I’m a regular gym rat, who works out 4 times each week, so I tend to use professional, heavy-duty dumbbells. So, when my wife tasked me with getting her a set of dumbbells, I spent ages checking out the ones available on Amazon - before choosing these Amazon Basics ones. I do like that these are neoprene coated which provides the user with a super grip. I also like the hexagonal shape, which means there’s no possibility of them rolling across the floor. I actually found a slight deviation in the weight of each dumbbell (55g) but that’s not enough to make much difference to your exercise regime - and besides, I always advocate swapping the dumbbells over after each set to compensate for those differences (so there’s a free tip for you).My wife and I are so impressed with this 2Kg pair of dumbbells that I’m going to order further sets of 3Kg, 4Kg and 5Kg. Given the quality, practicality, looks and reasonable price of these dumbbells, they’re a product I’m happy to recommend. Train Hard, Live Better! 🏃‍♀️‍➡️🚴‍♀️🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💪
