I recently purchased these Pebble V2 speakers and have been pleasantly surprised by their performance. These speakers provide a good sound quality, especially considering their affordable price point. They fit perfectly into my minimalist setup, and the compact design is a definite plus.

Although small, one standout feature is the tactile volume knob on the front, which adds a touch of convenience and control. It's a small detail, but it enhances the overall user experience.

I think the sound quality is generally very good for this price point, there are a lot of worse options out there for a lot more money but it's important to note that there's a decernable lack of bass compared to larger more premimum offerings. However, this isn't unexpected given the absence of a dedicated subwoofer, which comes at an additional cost. For most everyday listening though, the bass is perfectly adequate and the sound is crystal clear.

In summary, the CREATIVE Pebble V2 speakers offer a lot of value for their price. They deliver good sound quality, come with a minimalist and sturdy design that integrates well into various setups and If you're not expecting earth-shattering bass and are looking for a budget-friendly option, these speakers are definitely worth considering.

My specific requirements were these: I listen to a lot of music at my desk. An Asus Vivobook connected by minijack to a UE Megaboom produces very decent sound and packs a more than reasonable bass. But it has the limitation of being a single speaker lacking true stereo separation. I planned to enhance the sound quality by connecting these Pebbles into the existing setup using a minijack splitter. Syncwire are always very reliable for these types of connections.

The result has been very pleasing. The Pebbles have added an impressive stereo spread, the UE Megaboom acts as a type of sub-woofer and adds additional depth of field and detail.

On their own these Pebbles, as others have said, do lack bass, although the bass is not as weak as some have suggested. There is rear facing port. These are capable little speakers with a small footprint around a desk. Giving a circumference is not terribly helpful perhaps. The measurement across the front, framing the maximum width of the sphere, is about 12cm. Top to bottom we are talking about 15cm.

Connection is via USB (3 or C) for power only; audio via minijack only. No wifi or Bluetooth.
Set up is child's play, minutes.
We are not talking high-end audiophile sound analysis from these speakers and the volume will not rattle the windows. But for listening at sensible volume at close range there is nothing to complain about.

At this price these excellent speakers are a bargain.

Fantastic budget speakers! I am not sure what all the complaints are for these speakers - for $25, I am not expecting audiophile quality sounds or anything but at this price point, I don't think you can do any better. Its beautifully made, minimalist, and perfect for any desk setup. I was looking for simple speakers for my new PC build and just needed something for sounds since I'm primarily using headphones for gaming anyways. These speakers are a home run...they sit right behind my monitor and the small footprint and design fits my aesthetics perfectly. Sound is decent! Sure the bass and mids could be punchier, but for what I paid for, I am impressed.

Setup is easy...there is an audio jack that goes into your Line Out and a USB-C for power. The speakers come with a USB-C to USB-A converter if you don't have an extra USB-C slot. For this price point, its a steal!
