The product is great, it’s just as well that Swarovski pack all their products very well, this arrived in a bag that looked as if it had been thrown around. Was ordered on 23 June, expected on 30 June , notified an hour after expected time that it was delayed and that it may ( or may not arrive) by 3 July. It eventually turned up but I had ordered this as a gift with a message,NO MESSAGE. Not happy.
