2. What condition should my device be in?
Ingram Micro will accept devices even if they are faulty. Just answer the 4 simple questions about the condition of your device to get your personalized quite.
Once Ingram Micro receive your device they will check it over. If the phone does not meet what they expected based on your answers, your device may be re-quoted.
If you're unhappy with the revised quote, you can ask for the phone to be returned, free of charge.

No, you do not need to have bought your device from Amazon.
4. Do I need to send any accessories with my devices?
If you're trading in a phone or a tablet then you do not need to send any accessories (chargers, cables etc). Also make sure you remove your SIM card and memory cards from your device before sending to Ingram Micro.
If you're trading in anything else then please make sure that you send chargers, watch straps, airpod cases, games consoles controllers otherwise your quote may be reduced.
