- Easier to Assemble - This computer monitor arm adopts three-stage mounting, no worry about getting hurt by the gas springs arm, which is safer than the previous one-piece vesa mount! Comes with detailed instructions, the entire setup can be completed in 5 minutes! Even if you encounter any problems, you can always give us a call!

I attached a 6.5kg monitor to the other brand rated at 6.9kg and it works, but it bounces around a lot. That didn't happen with the HUANUO. The desk mount is better designed, and the arm itself is separate from the desk mount, making installation that much easier. The other brand also had more plastic parts; this just feels like a quality product.
Following an initially unsatisfactory support call, HUANUO subsequently went out of their way to put things right and make an upset customer a happy customer. They went further than the extra mile and deserve credit for it. I am impressed with their commitment to service.
It's good and solid and great value for money; just take care pushing your cables through. I have attached images of the groove widths and note that a 6.4mm diameter power cable JUST went through (but the 7.2mm HDMI didn't).
I am going back to the HUANUO arm for the heavier monitor.
UPDATE: comparing now with another product this is better engineered. If your cables fit easily it's definitely a great product.
Model HNSS6 Rev03(A) has a "C- shaped" (cross section) cable channel with what *looks like* a spring loaded entrance groove. It's not clearly illustrated in the manual (p12), but obviously you are supposed to push the cables down through the slot. Unfortunately, the plastic is brittle, and neither spring loaded or very flexible, and the slot is too narrow. Design flaws: poor choice of material, entrance groove too narrow.
If you use "too much" force - whatever that is, but HUANUO support say, "Ah, you used too much force!" - it will break, and you will no longer have a cable retaining channel at all.
Mine broke on trying to push through a 7mm diameter, 3m HDMI cable whose connector would NOT pass through the end of the channel. If everything fits OK and you don't break the plastic, then they seem like good solid arms. Warning: even a standard power lead required *some* force to pass through the groove.
I am however intending to replace mine because a) it broke, doing exactly what I had to do to install the cable and b) they don't have replacement parts for that. The manual says nothing about maximum cable widths, or special precautions to take when installing cables.
As I say, I liked the rest of the construction and they feel solid, but this fragility is not for me. Had they had a spare part I would have limited myself to a caution, but since they don't, I would think twice before buying this. If your cables are thin, go for it though.

These were super easy to put together, very few parts, instructions were clear and easy to understand. Took less than 10 minutes to put together. There's very few parts compared to the other stand I had.
I had to google how gas spring tension worked in order to adjust it correctly as that part is kind of lacking info about what "tension" means in this context and what it does, but otherwise, great.
2 small things:
1) I did make a mistake though thinking I should angle the monitors down, but I didn't like that, and now to get them back to the original position is quite a chore as you have to loosen an allen key and then try get it in the right position and then tighten it again, while holding the monitor... it's tougher than it sounds to get it to stay in the exact spot you want it.
2) I'd say the cable management feature is a bit of a dud. None of my cables, power, HDMIs, display port, really fit into the cable runner. They're all a bit too thick, so unless I really really force them in, I'm not getting them in. And I'm more worried about getting them out. I can see it's designed so you should be able to, but it's so tight I just don't want to mess with it.
== Update ==
Re 2) above, I have since found you can unscrew the cable management plastic bits from the main arm which for the 2nd (higher part) section looks like it will be useful as it doesn't have a back to it, and means you can just place your cables in, as in the screenshot in the advertising. But from looking, the first part (lower part) has a plastic backing to it, which means you have to slide your cables in, or push them through the narrow gap. So I think my original opinion above still holds true in that case.
Otherwise, very happy so far. Will update if anything changes as I haven't had them very long.
They were easy to put together and fit onto my desk.
The one slight issue I had with them is that I had to adjust the tension on the arms in multiple places a few times (due to me using the arms for different branded monitors) however, there's one adjustment point that's difficult to find and wasn't mentioned on the guide that came with them (it was under the side that sits on top of the desk).
Overall though, after they were setup, I found them to be a delight to use and am very impressed.
They were very easy to move around (which I hadn't experienced before as I used the monitor's stands) which is good as I have to move them daily when using my work laptop.

The mount's ergonomic design has greatly reduced the strain on my neck and shoulders, and the flexibility to switch between portrait and landscape modes is a nice touch. My desk feels more spacious and organized now that my monitor is off the surface.
However, I do have a minor critique regarding the cable management system. While it does include basic features to route cables, I found it a bit challenging to keep everything tidy and out of sight. The clips provided are helpful, but they could be a bit more robust to handle thicker cables or multiple connections.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with this monitor mount. It's a great investment for anyone looking to enhance their ergonomic setup, despite the slight room for improvement in cable management. Highly recommended!
