Kindly please understand that the caculate rules of USB flash drive and computer are different. The USB flash drive uses 1000 as the conversion unit, that is, 1GB=1000MB. The computer system uses 1024 as the conversion unit, that is, 1GB=1024MB. In this way, the capacity of the USB flash drive recognized by the computer is smaller than the nominal capacity of the USB flash drive, and the firmware will take some capacity, so the actual use capacity is about 90% of the marked capacity. That means reaching 90% is qualified:

For USB Flash Drive calculation rules, set 1KB=1000Bytes, 1MB=1000KB, 1GB=1000MB. While the computer system calculation follows 1KB=1024Bytes, 1MB=1024KB, 1GB=1024MB. This has resulted in a discrepancy between the standard capacity of the storage device and the actual capacity used.
