At first I thought they wouldn't work as once in my trainers they were a bit tight, but after wearing them for a bit they were great. For the first time in I don't know how long my feet didn't hurt. I am on my feet all day and usually my feet are so painful but after wearing these my feet ached but not painful. For me they are magic.
You just put them in your shoes and go. Not sure how they would be in shoes as I brought them for my work and walking trainers. The insoles lift your feet up. I couldn't believe the difference they made. I will be buying another pair so I don't need to more from one pair to the other.

My wife has an arch high enough for a bus to pass under. High arches are indicative of curved feet. These insoles could be great if you have raised arches with semibstraight feet but certainly are not for people afflicted with true high arches.

The insoles being straight means my wife's foot is in her show with the front half of her foot off of the insole causing an uneven step.

These are great quality and have excellent support just make sure you only have a raised arch with a nearly straight foot.

This is my second pair of these insoles. The first I bought over six months now! They recc changing them every 2-3 months. I don't see why! I compared the originals to the new ones and there was minimal change to the shape and support. I was sceptical that these would stop the pain but they have. I use these in my house slippers and separately with my Sketchers Arch Fit Trainers for outdoors they have kept pain at bay now for over six months! I will continue to use them as they seem to do the job! Very content with the price, quality and of course excellent Amazon Delivery Service!
