I honestly didn't have many expectations when I bought this book to find out what the fuss was about --- all these high ratings and strong reviews. I can say I've been pleasantly surprised.
I'll be revisiting and rereading the book from time to time because there's so much in there to absorb and implement. Some may find it overwhelming, particularly if they're feeling they need to instil many habits with a limited amount of time, as the book is detailed and isn't about quick fixes. A delve into the fascinating psychological underpinnings of our habits combined with an actionable guide implementing habits you would like to do more of and lessening the habits you would like to stay away from. It isn't a one size fits all solution, so taking the time to understand why things that are working work well, and the things that don't stick with us is important. The author has really put in the effort to share his expertise on habits in a way that is digestible and informative. Given the complexity of human beings, it's no wonder it takes a whole book just to get into habit formation. The book stays illuminating til the end.

Well worth the purchase, will be a staple in my library whose many wise ideas I'll be sharing with others. Please take the time to read it with an open mind, hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
