I don't have a lot of paperwork to justify getting a large home file. I am also a carer for one of my parent. This two pack was, therefore, ideal two both documents for my self and my parent separate. What ever I am looking for I know which file to go to. I can easily slip paperwork in and out. They also do not take up a lot of space. It would also be useful to have one file for insurance policies or other documents you don't access frequently and another for regular items such as bank and utility statements. I know there were a few reviews that stated the cover was too hard, but I think this is necessary to protect the documents. I have had home files that had softer back and they either stained or ripped.
