my puppy is obsessed
UPDATE: I won’t call it indestructible by any means but it would also be unfair to knock the product for puppy behavior. I keep the 5 star because my pup does love, he just can’t be left alone with it at 9 months and puberty. We will be ordering another one but share the 3rd pic just as a reference for any chewer dogs out there.I rarely write reviews but this is a must buy for pet parents. We have had it 3 days and my pup is already obsessed. I didn’t lure him onto it, simply laid it out in an area of the hardwood floor he tends to nap on and he immediately took to it. Initially cautious, once he stood on it and figured out it is cooling- he hasn’t napped anywhere else in the last 3 days. Without having central a/c it’s hard to tell when he may be warm when I can’t tell - this gives him an option to choose to go cool himself down on his own. Make me happy seeing him laying on something a little more comfy than the hardwood floor. The mat seems really durable thus far - his nails need a trimming right now and they haven’t scratched it at all. Easy to wipe down with a wet rag. I haven’t tried putting it in the freezer but will try on a warmer day.Will report back if anything changes but this is a great product so far!

My mouth was ajar when I took this mat out of the package. This thing was ice cold the second I touched it!
My Evy was on this thing the second I layed it on the floor, and he’s been on it since. It gets cooler as you step/lay on it, but it does get hot from absorbing body heat, and it stays hot until you give it a little to cool off.
We keep this beside the bed, and he sleeps on it every night when he decides the comforter is too warm for him. The cat even pops a sit on this too!
I wouldn’t keep this under a pet in a car or a crate they’re confined to though! As again it does get hot, and stay hot. I had it on the seat during an hour drive and felt really bad, as I didn’t realize how warm it got, and I couldn’t move it out from under him. But user error
I will repurchase this if needed. It feels very nice and is a decent size. I purchased a large. I wish it was a tad bigger, but I have no true complaints.
