My mouth was ajar when I took this mat out of the package. This thing was ice cold the second I touched it!My Evy was on this thing the second I layed it on the floor, and he’s been on it since. It gets cooler as you step/lay on it, but it does get hot from absorbing body heat, and it stays hot until you give it a little to cool off.We keep this beside the bed, and he sleeps on it every night when he decides the comforter is too warm for him. The cat even pops a sit on this too!I wouldn’t keep this under a pet in a car or a crate they’re confined to though! As again it does get hot, and stay hot. I had it on the seat during an hour drive and felt really bad, as I didn’t realize how warm it got, and I couldn’t move it out from under him. But user errorI will repurchase this if needed. It feels very nice and is a decent size. I purchased a large. I wish it was a tad bigger, but I have no true complaints.

it is truly pressure activated, when i stood on it wiring seconds i felt the cool thru my socks and it stayed cool. easy to wipe clean and i just ordered another, we have large dogs.

The mat cools nicely when put in refrigerator or freezer. However, it’s not worth the high price since it is not well made. The outside material is very thin and tears easily, even if you purchase a cover. I would not purchase this brand again unless improvements are made.

Update: I've had it a little over a week and the cooling no longer lasts 3 hours. It no longer activates quickl It's more like a half an hour -40 minutes now. Then it gets really hot. Unfortunate.

Otro punto es que no sabí en un inicio de que lado se usa, si era un lado o ambos y no lo dice. Sería bueno dieran mejores instrucciones de uso. Creo que para el precio y lo que ofrece en su descripción debería de durar más tiempo fría.
