I’ve been using this LG air conditioner for three months now, and I regret to say it’s a complete disappointment. I usually trust LG products for their quality and service, but this one is a failure for the company. Despite my room being standard-sized, this AC fails to cool it effectively, unlike other brands I’ve used. Furthermore, it doesn’t save on energy bills as promised. I deeply regret buying this unit and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look for a more reliable and efficient brand.
