No music lover's bucket list would be complete without Graceland, which was home to the King himself. Billed as "the ultimate rock 'n' roll destination," Elvis' Tennessee estate is more theme park than anything else. It includes an exhibition center, dining, shopping, and the gorgeous Chapel in the Woods, where you can marry your music-loving companion if you're so inclined. If you're a member of the Elvis Presley Fan Club — certified or not — you can tour the mansion for plenty of memorabilia and also catch a live show.

 A new record-setting holiday display at Graceland opened in mid-November which celebrates the holidays year-round. This week’s 5 Star Story goes inside the world’s largest display of designer Christmas Villages, now a permanent part of the Graceland experience.

Memphis Tourism and Elvis Presley’s Graceland are teaming up to bring the estate’s iconic Jungle Room to cities across the country. The Love Me (Bar)Tender pop-up will bring a piece of the Memphis mansion to New York City, Boston and Chicago. 

Graceland, the Memphis mansion owned by Elvis Presley, is named the most popular museum in America, according to a study of museums.

In an unannounced appearance that was a surprise if not exactly a shock, actor Tom Hanks joined director Baz Luhrmann, fellow cast members and representatives of the Presley family for the Memphis premiere at Graceland of the biographical motion picture, "Elvis."
