Our theme for 2024 is BREAKTHROUGH - breaking down barriers to be the best team we can be! Today for our Company All Hands Meeting, we had a very special guest join... Gallagher himself, the watermelon smashing comedian! 🍉 Definitely wasn't our Puget Sound division president dressed up in a mustache and wig.. 😆 We had a great time smashing watermelons that represented team breakthroughs, playing pickleball, and enjoying a delicious BBQ potluck. Team building at its finest as we smash our way to a successful 2024!

Our Ferris Bueller's Day Off outing in Puget Sound this year was a blast! 🤩 This annual tradition is all about team building and giving our employees a chance to bond outside of the office. We started the day in Seattle at Lawless Forge, where we got to be blacksmiths for a day and make our own bottle openers - so cool! Then we had a delicious lunch at Pikes Brewing and spent the rest of the day at Pier 57, riding The Great Wheel and Wings Over WA. Working at Garrette Custom Homes is so fulfilling - we always have the best time together!
