Today we want to introduce you to one of our site supervisors in Northwest Oregon, Phil Prettyman! Phil has been with Pahlisch Homes for 12 years, previously as a customer care representative and an assistant supervisor. In addition to creating lasting relationships with our homeowners and trade partners, Phil is the guy you want on your team. He shows up for his team, gets the job done with impeccable attention to detail, and is always willing to jump in and lend a hand. What are you most proud of during your time with Pahlisch? "I recently drove through one of the developments I was responsible for in the Wilsonville area and was really happy to see the way it turned out. A lot of time and effort went into making sure each home looked correct from the street. The site had varying grades so setting up each lot was important. I got to see families living in their new homes and enjoying the neighborhood and that was a good feeling." Words of Wisdom from Phil 🌟: "In the Marine Corps they’d say to be successful just do these two things: show up on time and do what you’re told. That’s it. If you can combine punctuality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn- you’ll be successful."

Tim's passion for design, honed through experience with regional and national homebuilders, translates into beautiful homes that reflect the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Since starting at Pahlisch, Tim is most proud of his design team and how they collaborate and support each other, despite being in located in different regions.
