Phil is young, knowledgeable, and has the perfect level of real-life experience to be able to convey the Real Estate teachings to his students. In the Real Estate industry, starting out with the proper coaching & teaching is 100% needed for a long & prosperous career. With Phil as NEPA REA’s director, our students will not only pass their State-administered exams with ease, but they’ll also be ready for their careers as Real Estate salespersons.
