REPORT: Amenity-Rich Environments Spark Ingenuity, Productivity, and Collaboration for Today’s Hybrid Workforce -- Addressing the needs of employees post-pandemic requires organizations to offer amenities similar to those they grew accustomed to while working from home. Following the lead of Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, the Boston Planning & Development Agency approved the net-zero emissions requirement for new projects. An industry shift is underway.
