Whether it is a workshop, documentary, literature, etc. I am the lead on the FPI Policy and Procedure sub-committee where we are finding ways to be more culturally competent. Our most recent project was creating a document that could be translated to help assist our residents when they go through eviction, by explaining the process, encouraging communication, and listing resources to help.
