Collaborated on the design, development and delivery of ALPFA Boston's 7th Annual Latina Summit on May 15, 2013. With over 450 attendees at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, the 7th Annual Latina Summit entitled “Advancing Latina Leadership through the Power of Influence” focused on leadership through influence with an emphasis on authenticity, building trust and change management, which are essential for Latinas to foster leadership skills that will propel their careers.
