$120,000 - $130,000 + Benefits + Bonus


A leading, innovative food & beverage company is looking for an experienced Consumer Insights Manager to successfully create surveys, analyze consumer & sensory data, generate insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations to drive business growth in the Miami, FL area.


THE ROLE:

As Consumer Insights Manager, you will create surveys and lead the analysis of large amounts of 1st and 3rd-party data to generate key insights that enable senior leadership, thus driving optimization and business growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Collecting/cleaning/analyzing substantial customer and sales data using SQL and/or BigQuery
  • Designing and executing surveys using Qualtrics and analyzing/interpreting results
  • Performing statistical analysis and scripting on external data sources (i.e., Nielsen, Circana)
  • Extracting key insights from analyses and tests, and delivering data-driven recommendations


YOUR SKILLS:

  • Progressive commercial advanced analytics experience in sensory, food & beverage, CPG, etc.
  • Well-versed in core advanced analytics data mining and scripting tools such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Proficient in building customized dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
  • Proven commercial experience designing, executing, and analyzing statistical tests (i.e., A/B)
  • Strong proficiency in survey data tools including Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.
  • Proven commercial experience extracting insights from web data (i.e., clickstream, website traffic)
  • Well-versed in advanced analytics techniques (i.e., LTV, trend analysis, user journey analysis)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with/ technical and non-technical teams; presenting to leaders
  • Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, or related field; M.B.A. or M.S. preferred


BENEFITS:

As the Consumer Insights Manager, you can make up to a $130,000 base salary (depending on your experience).
