We have partnered with a nationwide Senior Living organization to recruit for a Executive Director for one of their communities in Arizona.

As an Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of their operations within this community.

Key requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare.
• A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience within senior living or a healthcare related sector.
• A minimum of 5 years leadership experience within the Senior Living sector

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the community, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with department directors to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
• Identify problem areas and develop corrective action plans to enhance resident services.
• Conduct surveys and exit interviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the Director of Sales to promote the community and achieve full occupancy through various marketing and referral programs.
• Manage finances, including approving expenditures, maintaining financial records, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure the management team adheres to all policies, procedures, and continuing education requirements.
• Oversee property maintenance to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff, including compliance with OSHA requirements.
