Grant Administrator I or II

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Develop project funding proposals and engage comprehensive grant management strategies for optimal grant compliance and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS – Level I

  • A minimum of 2 years successful grant writing and 2 years grants management experience preferred. 6 months experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in health planning, business, public or health administration, journalism, or clinical science preferred.
  • Experience obtaining and monitoring organizational grants in excess of $50,000 is preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with office software (word processing and spreadsheets) and web-based grant application/administration systems.

  • A minimum of 5 years successful grant writing and 5 years grants management experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in health planning, business, public or health administration, journalism, or clinical science required.
  • Experience obtaining and monitoring organizational grants in excess of $250,000 is preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with office software (word processing and spreadsheets) and web-based grant application/administration systems.
