The Opportunity:

As Head of Content Marketing, you will lead our content team at Observe.AI to connect with customers throughout the buyer journey. You’ll set the vision for and scale our entire content function as Observe.AI launches an entirely new category within the Contact Center space. Manage initiatives support thought leadership, customer acquisition, product launches, and organic growth. You’ll own Observe.AI’s full-funnel strategy, oversee a team of content contributors (in-house and outsourced), and collaborate across functions to develop the content roadmap. Key metrics to gauge success of your investments include brand awareness and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach mindset, with the ability to lead and manage a team while rolling up their sleeves as needed to get stuff done.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop a world-class content presence to support Observe.AI’s category creation efforts
  • Work cross-functionally with demand generation, partner marketing, and product marketing to create and manage the content roadmap and calendar
  • Own and scale a full-funnel content strategy, from architecting the plan, to writing and overseeing content across channels, to executing on distribution plans and reporting on metrics
  • Manage content distribution strategy for organic and paid programs (in tandem with the demand generation team)
  • Own overall content budget including tools, content freelancers and agencies
  • Maintain tone of voice, style, and messaging consistency across website, lead generation assets, email, social media and external communications
  • Grow, mentor, and lead a world-class content team for long-term success
  • Own measurement and reporting KPI’s on content performance.


Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in managing direct reports
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand generation, content production and sales funnels
  • Experience in supporting integrated campaigns spanning cross-functional marketing teams
  • Ability to contribute towards organic and paid customer growth
  • Strong understanding of SEO and website strategy
  • Knowledge of contact center industry a plus, but not required
  • Experience with multi-channel channel content creation
  • Strong communications skills and story-telling abilities
