Work with 21st Century site supervisor to set the vision for high quality family engagement.
Support our qualifying 21st Century families through building intentional relationships.
Plan and coordinate parent and family engagement for 21st Century families.
Implement parent education activities and participate in team meetings to implement goal-oriented family plans.
Encourage and support 21st Century families in meeting goal-oriented family plans.
Assist with large scale 21st Century district events.
Observe and collect quantitative and qualitative evidence of family engagement.

What We Offer
Salary: $18.11 - $23.77 per hour (depending on experience)
What You'll Need
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Job related experience is desired.
Minimum qualifications: Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must meet the minimum requirement for a paraprofessional (Hold an associates of arts degree, have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at an institution of higher learning or have passed the state paraeducator assessment).
