Position Summary
Wellbox partners with physicians and health systems to enhance patient engagement and improve population health outcomes with our Chronic Care Management solution. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the senior recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and attracting healthcare professionals through various channels
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications
Collaborating with the clinical team to understand their clinical staffing needs
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Negotiating job offers and managing the hiring process
Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Healthcare Management, or related field
5-7 years of proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
