Overview: The Democratic National Committee is seeking a Senior Reporting Data Analyst, based in Wilmington, DE, to support the Biden Campaign and Democrats up and down the ballot by assisting the Coordinated Campaign’s program. We are looking for individuals with a variety of backgrounds and experience, and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create meaningful and actionable reports for national and state leadership
- Work directly with stakeholders to design and implement a cohesive set of program metrics and reports
- Work with a cohesive team to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness
- Design and build reports and tools for teams across the campaign in-line with key programmatic priorities
- Coordinate with analytics engineers to build and monitor robust data pipelines
- 2+ year of experience applying data and analytics tools in a political, business, or non-profit setting
- 2+ year using SQL professionally
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and platforms used by other team members
- A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be self-directed
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize goals
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems
- Experience using version control tools, such as GitHub
- A technical skill set that includes familiarity or proficiency in a variety of programming languages/software such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Google Suite, Python, QGIS, R, and dbt
- Experience volunteering or working in politics or with the voter file
