Melt pool monitoring data has posed challenges for the entire AM industry due to the sheer data volumes generated. With AM Explorer by Interspectral, AddUp customers can fuse data from the AddUp monitoring suite, and create a digital twin that can be used for extensive applications within both product-process development and serial production. A unique feature for AddUp customers is the in-situ access to the meltpool data. Through this developed deep integration, end users can explore Terabyte large datasets in 3D already during the build.
