Having premiered in Paris in 2020 and travelled to Melbourne, Tokyo and London, the exhibition "Gabrielle Chanel. Fashion Manifesto” is now open in Shanghai. Based on the exhibition created by the Palais Galliera, Fashion Museum of Paris, Paris Musées, it shines a light on the creations of Gabrielle Chanel, drawing the portrait of an avant-garde couturière who changed fashion forever. On the occasion of the opening, Bruno Pavlovsky, President of CHANEL's Fashion, was joined by Miren Arzalluz, Director of the Palais Galliera and curator of the exhibition, Gong Yan, Director of the Power Station of Art in Shanghai, Renaud Bailly, President of North Asia Region at CHANEL, Dr. Jumping He, art director of hesign and graphic designer of the exhibition, and Liz Diller, founding partner of Diller Scofidio + Renfro and designer of the exhibition.    The exhibition, which will run from July 12th to November 24th 2024, is presented by the Power Station of Art and co-organized with the Palais Galliera, Fashion Museum of Paris, Paris Musées, and with the exclusive support of CHANEL. #CHANELExhibitions

International Festival of Interior Design, the “Design Parade Toulon”, with the support of CHANEL and le19M CHANEL and le19M are renewing their support to the International Festival of Interior Design, the “Design Parade Toulon”, of which they are Main Partners. On the occasion of this eighth edition, the House awarded the Visual Merchandising Prize to Romain Joly and Lisa Bravi. The winners will have opportunity to complete a creative project up to 20,000 euros, in collaboration with one or several Maisons d’art resident at le19M, to be exhibited at next year’s festival. In the Old Bishop's House in Toulon, Arthur Ristor and Anaïs Hervé winners of the Visual Merchandising Prize awarded by CHANEL in 2023, presented the window entitled “Les Gardiens”. The creations of the 2023 finalists of the festival will be on show until November 3rd. Meanwhile, the exhibition “Marie-Laure de Noailles, Peintre, Conversation”, which is also sponsored by CHANEL, explores a lesser-known aspect of the viscountess's life, that of an artist. It will run until January 12th, 2025. Sophisticated and theatrical, the Fall-Winter 2024/25 Haute Couture collection presented by the Fashion Creation Studio mingles the worlds of the opera and of CHANEL Haute Couture. The volumes are diaphanous, the sleeves puffed, and the flounces pleated. Richly embroidered, the collection imbues the House codes with a romantic twist. A CHANEL suit revisited in burgundy tweed trimmed with white satin, a black corduroy tuxedo, a blouse with an embroidered plastron, and a fitted jacket embellished with black feathers, dance among long coats, voluminous capes and evening gowns. For the show, playwright, writer and director Christophe Honoré imagined a mise en scène in the corridors of the Palais Garnier, offering a renewed way to experience the opera.
