We grabbed a few “safe and sane” (non-aerial, non-explosive) fireworks and popped them into our Neptune scanner to delve into their internal structures and elemental composition. After years of outsourcing CT scans for failure analysis, this multinational medical technology company looked to bring their inspection process in-house. Our Neptune X-ray CT scanner met their high standards for IQ/OQ reporting as well as the FDA's regulations. They were able to cut down their failure analysis process from weeks to minutes, increasing their annual scan volume by 4,750% and saving over $335K in outsourcing costs.
