We’re pleased to announce a new long-term network sharing agreement with Vodafone, enhancing our existing collaboration for over a decade. This new agreement with Vodafone ensures that quality mobile network choice, performance, coverage and competition is enhanced to the benefit of millions of consumers, businesses and our mobile operator partners across the country. We are extending and bolstering elements of our existing network sharing arrangement, while also ensuring there is a robust, balanced and functional structure in place for the long-term should Vodafone and Three’s proposed merger gain consent. We believe that this new agreement addresses the issues we have voiced and the CMA outlined in its initial decision, and will now continue our engagement with the regulator in this spirit.

Dear Lutz Schüler I can see you are passionate about customer service and I truly believe that . So I wonder if you could get a senior member for your team who shares your values to contact me. As since Dec 2023 your customer services team has advised me that they have removed an incorrect charge by their own admission on an inactive sim that showed up as part of the migration between Virgin and O2 . Apparently according to them it was such a problem that these inactive sims were incorrectly charged that you set up a function to deal with correcting it called the purple team. Despite being assured twice by your customers service teams that they have removed the charge and corrected their errors it is still showing as being there . I spend hours on the phone get people who say all the notes say it has been removed yet they said some “glitch “ in the System meant it did not remove it and every subsequent customer service operator tells me don’t worry I have sorted it now yet clearly the same glitch is preventing them from fulfilling this guarantee. So as I would not want my business to failing its customers and I suspect as passionate as you are neither would you I am hoping that you Yasmine Anane or Michael Buckley can🙏

Lutz Schüler rather than expanding please try and sort out your existing systems and process your merger with Virgin has been nothing shy of a car crash and you have left so many customers with miss payment markers on their credit rating even though they owe you nothing. I have had a complaint since 20th May and not yet acknowledged by anyone I received my SARs request which I did after you ignored my complaint and I now have hard proof of call recording and documents that shows you have wrongly marked my credit rating . If your team can’t handle a simple complaint and help then this matter will be taken to FCA and communication. Ombodsman . Im not the only customer impacted and your own call centre people have admitted to it which will be in recording of further SARs I will be submitting. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace I feel sorry for vodofone customers if they have to experience what Virgin and o2 cust’s have
