Newton, combines practical advice and motivational insights to help readers achieve success in their personal and professional lives. 1. The book argues for a more natural approach to movement, emphasizing the importance of integrating activity into our daily lives for better health and well-being.

Decisions without action lead to stagnation: Deciding on a course of action is a good first step, but without following through, it's like staying at a crossroads without choosing a path.

দশজন অপরাধীকে খালাস দেয়া যাবে কিন্তু একজন নির্দোষ ব্যক্তিকেও শাস্তি দেয়া যাবে না! ঠিক?? ফৌজদারি মামলার বিচারের ক্ষেত্রে একটি নীতি "দশজন অপরাধীকে খালাস দেয়া যাবে কিন্তু একজন নির্দোষ ব্যক্তিকেও শাস্তি দেয়া যাবে না" অনেক সময় অনুসরণ করা হয় যার আইনে কোন ভিত্তি নেই। অনেক আদালতের উপর এ নীতির পরোক্ষ প্রভাব রয়েছে মর্মে লক্ষ্য করা গিয়েছে এর ফলে সাক্ষ্য প্রমাণে সামান্য গড়মিল থাকলেই আসামীকে খালাস দেয়া হয়। দেখা গিয়েছে যে সাক্ষীদের বক্তব্য বিশ্বাস এবং অবিশ্বাস করার বিষয়ে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় এমন কিছু পূর্বের প্রচলিত ধারণামূলে অনেক মামলায় আসামীকে সন্দেহের অবকাশে খালাস দেয়া হয়েছে। বর্তমানে দশজন অপরাধীকে খালাস দিলেও একজন নিরপরাধীকে শাস্তি দেয়া যাবে না নীতির পরিবর্তে একজন অপরাধীকেও খালাস দেয়া যাবে না এবং একজন নিরপরাধীকেও শাস্তি দেয়া যাবে না এ নীতি অনুসরণ করাই সঠিক হবে মনে হয় এবং ফৌজদারি মামলার বিচারের ক্ষেত্রে উচ্চতর আদালতের প্রতিষ্ঠিত নীতিগুলি অনুসরণ করতে হবে। [বিচারপতি মুহাম্মদ হামিদুল হক]
