Here’s how Krislab, the Digital Innovation lab of Singapore Airlines, is doing it: • Fostering Collaboration: Our open innovation partners showcased 7 ground-breaking ideas, sparking dynamic interactions and discussions about the industry's future. • Transforming Travel: From over 280 submissions across 49 higher education institutes and 300+ startup entries from 45 countries, we selected 12 student and 6 startup finalists. These teams are now moving forward to develop proof-of-concept projects with the SIA Group. • Inspiring the Next Generation: We are nurturing young talent by offering internships to students, giving them a chance to bring their innovative ideas to life with the SIA Group or Krislab. Terrible service! Our flight from Phuket to Singapore on the 30th was originally SQ735, but we were notified only 5 minutes in advance that it was canceled and changed to SQ731. If we hadn't arrived at the airport early, we would have been stranded. The gate information was also incorrect, and no staff member confirmed or guided us to the boarding gate from start to finish. Only 5 minutes to get through security and reach the gate! My flight was canceled without any reason, and no one asked if I agreed to the earlier flight or guided us to the gate! This is the service from Singapore Airlines!
