Members of the Steelcase Pride Employee Business Inclusion Group recognized an opportunity to make our annual Pride Month chair displays more inclusive by representing all members of the LGBTQ+ community. They embarked on an effort to expand the display to include all colors of the Progress Pride flag — the rainbow colors plus a triangle of white, pink, light blue, black and brown — and created a new Designtex textile called Addition Plus, featuring addition signs in all the colors of the flag.
