There is another company in Germany 🇩🇪 that has a solar/ off peak charger with an office in Atlanta. I would have to look it up, the Tesla one charges quicker but the other company has a few more years before needing replacing. LA is suppose to be installing stand alone solar chargers in public places that have no power delivered to them to recharge your vehicle while you are in the mall Mostly for PHEVs.
PW time based control is amazing -with solar, charge during the day and run your house off battery at night -without solar, charge at night during discounted rate, and run your house off battery during the day
