About us
Launched in 2005 as part of the Lerner Research Institute at Cleveland, the Genomic Medicine Institute (GMI) is committed to performing translational and clinical human genetics and genomics investigation and fostering innovation toward realizing the benefits of personalized genomic-based healthcare. GMI is comprised of 12 research laboratories, the Center for Personalized Genetic Healthcare (CPGH), the Genomic Medicine Biorepository (GMB) and the Genomics Core Facility. CPGH is clinically aligned with Cleveland Clinic Community Care (4C).
