He began his career in real estate back in 2013, quickly becoming adept at assisting both buyers and sellers. By 2015, Eric discovered his true passion in new construction, working closely with local builders and carving out his niche in the market. His enthusiasm for selling new homes has become his professional hallmark, and we are thrilled to have him bring that energy to our team. When he's not helping clients find their dream homes, Eric enjoys soaking up the sunshine, rock climbing, cheering for Notre Dame football (Go Irish!), and watching his sons play lacrosse. Today we announced the Adoption Assistance Plan, a new benefit for all full-time Lennar Associates who choose to grow their family through adoption. Eligible Associates, in accordance with the Adoption Assistance Plan terms, can qualify for reimbursement of up to $30,000 in specified adoption expenses per child, with no limit on the number of adoptions, to help make adoption a more accessible option for our Associates and their families. Please review the Plan for more details and its terms and conditions. Our goal is to help offset the large cost of adoption and remove financial roadblocks for those who wish to give the gift of adoption.

Yesterday we caught up with our friends from Lennar Atlanta who are leading renovations at Veterans Empowerment Organization (VEO), plus project partners Lanehart Electrical Companies, BISON PLUMBING, and Superior Indoor Comfort. When complete, this project will provide nine affordable housing units for veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
