Chef Bradley Green to open new place in Windsor

Chef Bradley Green.

A celebrated chef will be opening a new place in the heart of Windsor – part of the acclaimed Green’s restaurant brand.

Bradley Green is set to open his new restaurant in Peascod Street in Windsor this July.

It will feature Mr Green’s ‘signature culinary flair’ and will offer a unique blend of contemporary cuisine with a nod to classic British flavours.

Diners can expect seasonal ingredients, sourced from local farms and suppliers, from steaks to ‘innovative’ vegetarian dishes.

Last year, Mr Green opened the five-star Lord Bute Hotel and Restaurant in Highcliffe Dorset, where he earned two AA Rosettes for his culinary achievements, alongside a 5-star food rating.

AA Rosettes are awarded by the AA to restaurants that demonstrate a high standard of culinary excellence and consistently serve food of superior quality.

The number of Rosettes (one to five) indicates the level of achievement. Two AA Rosettes signifies ‘excellent’ restaurants.

In addition, Mr Green has recently won the top award out of 31 fine dining restaurants in Dorset.

He has some past Berkshire experiences, too – he was chosen to do the catering at the Royal Berkshire Polo Club for then Prince Charles and Harry.

The new restaurant in Peascod Street, which will seat 200 people, was formerly French Kiss.

It will be rebranded as Greens Restaurant and Cocktail Bar by Bradley Green.

To celebrate the grand opening of Green’s in Windsor, an exclusive VIP launch party will be held.

Guests will have the opportunity to preview the new menu, meet Chef Bradley Green, and enjoy an evening of food and entertainment.

In addition to his restaurant ventures, Bradley has been filming for a Channel 4 program set to air next year.

This upcoming show will provide viewers with an inside look at his culinary journey and the creative process behind his celebrated dishes.
