Carnival Triumph blown from moorings, strikes boat

The cruise ship that became a Carnival PR disaster in February, resulting in thousands of stranded passengers and raw sewage on board, broke away from its moorings and drifted from one bank to another.  As it shifted away from the dock it hit a moored Army Corps of Engineers boat and another dock. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
