Find your named Post Office branch

If you’ve been asked to collect your permit from a specific named Post Office branch, you can find it and its opening hours now using our Branch Finder tool.

Collect your BRP from a different branch

If you’d prefer to collect your residence permit from another branch that will be more convenient for you, we can redirect it for a small fee.

Choose ‘BRP collection’ from the options in our Branch Finder to find the nearest authorised branch in your preferred area.

Visit the branch to request the redirection and pay the fee. Then return 7 calendar days later to collect your permit.
