Worktribe is a new research grant management system. It will be launched across the University between July and November 2024, replacing X5 as the University's costing and pricing tool.
When it launches across the School of Technology in July, it will initially be used to manage pre-award processes, quickly followed by research contracts.
As other departments and institutions then adopt Worktribe, the pre-award and contracts functionality will be released to you simultaneously. In time, Worktribe will also be used to manage post-award services.
If the move to Worktribe affects your work, we'll contact you and offer support and training. Until then, you should continue using X5.
