Franco Smith has called on his Glasgow players to use tonight’s Challenge Cup final as a springboard. It is the first time the Warriors have gone this far in a European competition, but the head coach believes that even lifting the trophy would be just the start for this group.

“When I walked into the changing room for the first time, few of the players would have thought we’d be sitting here today,” he said. “We will be very proud and excited and humble for those people who have believed in us.
