This was the game that composure forgot, a game of mistakes and panic, a bonfire of the sanities. The spectre of relegation stalks both Leeds United and Leicester City and nerves were as taut as the stakes were high.

Some moments of high quality did arise: a sweeping move bringing Luis Sinisterra’s headed goal for Leeds and then a thrilling breakaway that led to Jamie Vardy’s deserved equaliser for Leicester, his first goal in 20 appearances.
