Dominique Strauss-Kahn has been questioned by police in Paris over accusations that he attempted to rape a young French journalist during an interview in 2003.
In a fresh blow to his image, the former managing director of the International Monetary Fund spent two hours today at a police station in the city as part of a preliminary inquiry into the claims made by Tristane Banon, now 32.
