SuperGroup unveiled a new-look top team today, appointing finance and operations chiefs to support the founder.
The clothing company has appointed Susanne Given, from John Lewis, as chief operating officer, and Shaun Wills, formerly of Habitat and Fat Face, as chief financial officer.
As part of the reshuffle, Chas Howes, the finance director, will stand down from the board.
The company has had a volatile stock market performance since it floated in 2010. The City has had concerns over the company’s supply and logistics after distribution problems affected its share price last year.
The appointment of Ms Given was interpreted as a step towards shoring up the group’s back-end operations.
