Few people realised, when Ryan Kent landed that infamous punch on Scott Brown at Celtic Park in March that the moment would end up raising money for charity, and certainly not that both Brown and Kent would be smiling collaborators in the fundraising.

The Celtic captain is many people’s favourite pantomime villain, often with good reason, but Brown opened up yesterday about the strange course of events that ended with the bust-up being immortalised on canvas and sold at auction, which resulted in over £13,000 being raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.
