I am so set in my luxury cleanser ways that I never really seriously consider the alternatives. But now I have found one (in fact, two, but they are related) that might derail my whole deeply held “cleansing balms and oils for ever” beliefs. Which is timely, because devoted as I am they can feel a bit much in hot weather. The hot weather is entirely hypothetical — I am typing this wearing a jumper and socks, and when I’ve finished I will go outside and shake my fist at the grey sky, again — but presumably it will appear at some point. And at that point, when we are all moaning about being boiling hot and feeling sticky by the end of the day
