Gavin Daly is the deputy business editor of The Sunday Times in Ireland, where he writes about all aspects of business, but especially enjoys takeovers, disputes and fast-growing new ventures. He is the co-author of Citizen Quinn, about the rise and fall of the businessman Sean Quinn. He was shortlisted for business journalist of the year in the 2018 and 2017 NewsBrands Ireland journalism awards.
